Morrowbie Jukes is traveling West across the great frontier in the early 1800’s to make a new life for himself and his wife.  After becoming separated from his caravan, Morrowbie follows the caravan’s trail and accidentally wanders into a colony for the diseased that lies inside the heart of an unchartered forest.  Once inside the colony, no one is allowed to leave.  The forest is guarded by a mysterious figure simply known as The Colonel.  With his wife’s future uncertain, Morrowbie must attempt what none have accomplished: escape.
